Intake

Intake that respects applicants' time

Grant programs and cycles

Define funding pools, award ranges, award counts, categories and cycle dates, open no-login public intake, and duplicate a program in one click.

Why it helps Reuse a consistent structure and prepare new cycles with less setup.

Eligibility quiz

A branching, anonymous pre-application quiz that stores no personal data, with qualification funnel counts for staff.

Why it helps Applicants check fit before preparing a proposal, reducing avoidable screening work.

Optional letter of inquiry

Run an LOI stage with its own form, then move invited candidates to a separate full application.

Why it helps Request full proposals only from invited candidates.

Application builder

17 field types, conditional logic, validation, calculated fields and flexible layouts. Submitted forms are frozen as versions and can be exported to PDF.

Why it helps Configure applications without IT help while preserving exactly what each applicant was asked.

Applicant experience

Drafts autosave, including for anonymous applicants. Add editor or viewer collaborators, send confirmation and withdrawal emails, and offer a self-service applicant portal.

Why it helps A lower-friction, collaborative submission process.

Review

Review with explainable controls

Assignments, conflicts, scoring and decisions each have a specific mechanism behind them.

Reviewer assignment

Assign individually, program-wide or in bulk, or distribute automatically with balanced workloads and matching expertise tags.

Why it helps Replace assignment spreadsheets with a more balanced allocation.

Conflict of interest

Record conflicts at the person or organization level. Existing assignments for that party are removed automatically, with acknowledgments and reasoned recusals.

Why it helps A concrete, recorded safeguard rather than a generic fairness statement.

Scoring and judging

Weighted criteria with maximum scores, validation that weights total 100%, normalized scores, blind review, reviewer comments, multi-round judging and final-score locks.

Why it helps More consistent comparisons and a traceable rationale for each result.

Decisions and review dockets

Approve, decline, waitlist or defer with reasons, individually or in bulk. Remaining funding is checked, and decisions are grouped into meeting-date dockets.

Why it helps Prepare committee meetings and avoid commitments beyond available funding.

Stewardship

Steward every award

Awards keep their history, and grantees have one place to meet their obligations.

Award management and amendments

Awards link to CRM records with terms, budgets and custom fields. Amendments preserve previous values, and rescission is supported.

Why it helps Keep the full lifecycle history when amounts, dates, scope or reporting change.

Grantee reporting and compliance

Set report requirements and due dates per award. Grantees submit narratives and attachments in the portal; staff accept or reject with notes. Overdue flags and automatic reminders are included.

Why it helps Reporting responsibilities stay visible with less manual follow-up.

Grantee portal

One place for organization profiles, team management, award visibility and report submission.

Why it helps Less routine back-and-forth and more self-service for grantees.

Finance

Connect awards to the books

Connect award conditions to budgets and accounting, so program and finance teams work from the same records.

Grant budgets and coding

Fiscal-year budgets with nested structures, overspend tracking and grant-code tagging.

Why it helps Program and finance teams see commitments and remaining funds.

Disbursements and payment schedules

Schedules are capped at the approved award amount, and report-acceptance holds gate releases. Releasing a payment creates an accounts payable bill, which syncs to QuickBooks Online.

Why it helps Connect award conditions to finance records and keep program and accounting teams aligned.

Integrated finance

General ledger, accounts payable, budgets, fiscal periods, QuickBooks Online sync and Stripe payment processing for card payments.

Why it helps Less duplicate entry between programs and accounting.
